Over the years I have gained significant clinical experience working with a variety of presenting issues including bereavement, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, childhood sexual abuse, marriage and relationship work, self-harm, sexuality, suicidal ideation, addictions and kundalini experiences.
I have regular supervision to ensure my practice is to the highest standard and I also attend regular CPD to support my practice.

I am a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist based in Perth, Scotland. I work with adults and couples providing both short and long term therapy.
