Counselling and psychotherapy provide a safe and confidential environment in which you may explore any issues that are concerning or distressing you. It offers an opportunity to express your thoughts and feelings in a neutral space, with a counsellor who is non-judgemental and unbiased. We offer therapy to individuals and couples.

There are many different reasons why people come to counselling and psychotherapy.
